Savory Miso Oats

Total time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk

1/2 cup Organic Rolled Oats

2 tbsp Low Sodium Miso

Method:

Combine coconut milk and about miso in a bowl. Use however much liquid you desire for your preferred oatmeal texture I li pour mixture into oats, mix and pop in the microwave for 2 minutes. For stove top, simmer in a medium pot for about 5 minutes stirring constantly until your desired texture. Top with whatever herbs and produce you have on hand. I love sautéed greens, scallions, mushrooms and chili oil.
